Bachelors degree required; Masters degree desirable |

At least 5 years of relevant account management experience |

Past experience in managing and growing accounts for IT or ITES services at pharmaceutical companies |
|
Good understanding of clinical development, pharmacovigilance and commercialiation processes |
|
Ability to understanding organizational structures and identify key decision makers |
|
Ability to present Sciformix services to key decision makers |
|
Ability to understand and negotiate the procurement process |
|
Ability to convert customer needs into actionable deliverables for the services delivery group |
|
Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment |
|
Good verbal and written communication skills |
