Ajit Nagral, Chairman
Ajit Nagral is a serial entrepreneur who founded Megaware in 1991 - a software products and services company providing solutions to life science companies and instrumentation vendors, and later NuGenesis Technologies in 1996 - an industry leader in Scientific Data Management Systems. Ajit co-authored the patent for NuGenesis’ core technology and was instrumental in driving growth. Ajit took NuGenesis from incorporation to an installed base of over 250 pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers globally and successfully led its acquisition by Waters Corporation (NYSE: WAT) in 2004. Ajit brings considerable business experience having served the life science community for over 15 years.

Dinesh S Thakur, President and CEO
Dinesh Thakur spent over 11 years at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company and was their Director of Discovery Informatics. Dinesh subsequently led the informatics strategy at one of India’s largest generics manufacturers - Ranbaxy - in his capacity as R & D Chief Information Officer and Head of Portfolio Management. Prior to co-founding Sciformix, Dinesh served as Vice President and Head of Life Sciences and Healthcare with overall responsibility for new business development and services delivery at Infosys BPO.

Mohan Narayanan, Chief Operating Officer
Mohan Narayanan most recently was the Vice President and Head of Life Sciences and Healthcare at Cognizant Technologies. Mohan has been involved with Cognizant since its startup days in India and over the years built and managed a $200 million dollar business practice focused on serving the needs of global pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare companies. Mohan brings tremendous experience in building, scaling and managing India based delivery centers for global customers.

Chitra Lele, Ph. D., Executive Vice President
Chitra Lele joined Sciformix from Pfizer, where she was Executive Director responsible for India operations of Pfizer Global R&D. Chitra has a Ph D in Statistics from Stanford University and was responsible for India’s first Biometrics Center supervising over 400 staff in clinical data management, clinical programming, medical writing and clinical statistics over a period of about 10 years. Chitra’s prior experience includes work as a biostatistician in cancer epidemiology at Stanford University and University of California, San Francisco and as a faculty member at the School of Statistics at the University of Minnesota and Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

Jeffrey S Yablon, MBA, CHE, Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Jeffrey S Yablon most recently was the Vice President of Global Business Development at Perceptive Informatics, the technology division of PAREXEL International where he was responsible for $150M in new business. Previously, Jeffrey filled various executive roles such as the Founder and COO of PharmaScan Clinical Trials LLC, COO at Icon Laboratories, a division of ICON PLC, COO at Bioanalytical Research Corporation, and as an independent consultant to the industry advising on CRO and life science acquisitions. Jeffrey began his career at TAP Pharmaceuticals and Abbott Laboratories where he held various management positions in sales, marketing and operations. Jeffrey is an instructor and course director at the Center for Biotechnology at Stony Brook University. Jeffrey received his MBA from the Executive Program at Fairleigh Dickenson University.
