Manish Vinayak Soman has over 21 years of quality experience in heading overall IT Operations encompassing Program/Project Management, Consulting Services, Systems Development & Implementation as well as Business Operations (Sales, New Business Set ups, Corporate Governance & Inorganic/Organic Growth) and has managed P&L’s and Balance Sheets for over 9 years. He has held leadership positions across multiple geographies. His past experience includes tenures as CEO & Managing Director of Deloitte India, Global Business Leader for IT at Genpact (a GE company), COO for Patni Computers and Director for BestShore operations in EMEA region for HP Enterprise Services.
Ajit Nagral, Founder and Executive Chairman
Ajit Nagral is a serial entrepreneur who has built multiple companies in the Life Science and Technology domain that have generated hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue over their lifetime. Mr. Nagral has created sustainable market brands that continue to lead, innovate and deliver critical value to the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries. In 2007, Mr. Nagral co-founded Sciformix Corporation and is currently its Executive Chairman. Prior to Sciformix, Mr. Nagral founded NuGenesis Technologies Corporation, a company that became a worldwide leader in Scientific Data Management and was acquired by Waters Corporation (NYSE: WAT) a multi-billion dollar Life Science company. Prior to NuGenesis, Mr. Nagral founded Megaware, Inc. in 1991, a critical provider of Software and IT Services to the Life Science industry. Mr. Nagral is a Charter Member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) and served on the Board of Trustees of TiE Mumbai. Mr. Nagral is an active investor and advisor to several startups.
Charles (Chip) Hazard, Director
Chip is a General Partner at Flybridge Capital Partners whose investment interests and experience broadly cover companies in the information technology sector. He is on the board of several other companies, including some in the Life Sciences area. Chip was previously General Partner with Greylock Partners, a leading venture capital firm. While at Greylock, Chip led or participated in numerous successful investments in the enterprise information technology sector. Chip received a BA with honors from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar and a Ford Scholar.
